Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, developing effective sourcing strategies, optimizing the candidate experience, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also assist in implementing best hiring practices and maintaining recruitment metrics. Qualifications - Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies - Non IT Roles - Proficiency in Hiring processes and Interviewing techniques - Knowledge and experience in Employer Branding initiatives - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to establish effective relationships with stakeholders and candidates - Understanding of recruitment analytics and metrics is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in the FMCG sector will be an advantage
