Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Organization Manager, based in Bhopal. The Organization Manager will oversee daily operations within the venue, ensuring high standards of service and a welcoming environment for guests. Key responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating events, supervising food and beverage services, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role also involves implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and promote the club's offerings to attract new members. Qualifications - Leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising staff and maintaining a positive work environment - Customer service orientation, with the ability to handle inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction - Event coordination and organizational skills, especially for managing meetings and celebrations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and staff - Basic knowledge of food and beverage service operations - Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in dynamic environments - Experience in leisure, hospitality, or recreation management is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
