We are looking for Digital Relationship Assistant Managers/Managers to call and nurture leads from digital channels such as the website, social media, and paid campaigns. The primary focus is on lead qualification though calling, client engagement, addressing inquiries, and coordinating meetings with Offline Relationship Managers for seamless sales conversions.

Responsibilities:

- Call and engage with leads to address queries and understand their investment needs.
- Assess and qualify leads based on their investment size, financial goals, and product interests.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Offline Relationship Managers for seamless sales conversion.
- Maintain consistent engagement with prospects through WhatsApp, email, and follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.
- Track and update lead status, conversion progress, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Support business growth by contributing to client acquisition and revenue goals.
- Stay informed about market trends and investment products through collaboration with the research team.
- Ensure effective communication and timely follow-ups to enhance the client experience and build long-term relationships.

Required Skills :

- Basic knowledge of Equity, PMS, AIF, and investment products.
- Experience in customer interaction, lead qualification, and financial advisory support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email communication, and client management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with keen attention to details.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years in stock broking, banking, insurance, or financial services with exposure to client engagement.
- Any graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience.
