Job Description

We are seeking an International Chat Process Associate to join our team, providing exceptional customer support to a global audience. This role requires strong written communication skills and the ability to effectively handle a high volume of inquiries from customers worldwide.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via live chat.

- Document all chat interactions and customer information accurately and meticulously.

- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Skills Required

- Excellent written communication skills in English, with impeccable grammar and spelling.

- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
