Relationship Manager – International Trade Finance

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage strong long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients Identify client needs and provide tailored financial and credit solutions Achieve assigned business targets for loan disbursement portfolio growth and client acquisition Ensure smooth onboarding of clients and provide post-sales service and support Cross-sell financial products loans credit facilities insurance etc to maximize customer value Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely repayment and resolve queries Maintain compliance with company policies credit guidelines and regulatory standards Prepare reports and updates on client interactions business progress and market trends Key Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand financial products and explain them effectively Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset Problem-solving and negotiation skills Customer-centric approach with relationship management ability Good knowledge of local market and financial industry trends Qualifications Experience Graduate Postgraduate in Finance Business or related field 2-4 years of experience in banking NBFC or financial services credit loan wealth management preferred Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships Job Types Full-time Permanent Ability to commute relocate Panchkula Haryana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s What is your current notice period earliest joining availability e g Immediate 15 days Education Bachelor s Required Experience Financial services 2 years Preferred Language English Required Shift availability Day Shift Required Work Location In person
