- 12-14 years of experience in Institutional Equity Research on the sell side, specifically in Infrastructure/Cement, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical sectors.
- Consistent recognition with received votes in the last 4 quarters.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in relationship management and networking with institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the research team, ensuring compliance with internal policies and maintaining professional discipline.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends and company performance within the designated sectors.
- Attend corporate and analyst meetings, representing the bank in discussions with institutional equity clients.
- Develop and communicate investment concepts through detailed reports, presentations, and direct client interactions.
- Timely dissemination of investment ideas and collaboration with other internal teams to support overall business goals.
