- Human Resource HR Executive Manager School Position Overview The HR in a school is responsible for managing all human resource functions including recruitment employee relations staff welfare compliance with educational regulations and maintaining a positive work environment The role ensures that the school has the right staff in place and that policies are implemented fairly and effectively Key Responsibilities Recruitment Staffing Plan and execute recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff Coordinate with heads of departments for manpower requirements Draft job descriptions post advertisements and manage selection processes Conduct interviews along with academic heads management Onboarding Induction Organize orientation and induction programs for new employees Prepare appointment letters contracts and maintain staff files Employee Records Compliance Maintain and update HR database attendance and leave records Ensure compliance with CBSE ICSE State Board IB guidelines as applicable Handle employee documentation in line with labour laws and school regulations Performance Management Coordinate performance appraisal system Support heads of departments in staff evaluation Recommend training and development programs Employee Relations Welfare Address staff grievances and concerns Implement staff welfare initiatives and employee engagement activities Promote a positive and collaborative work culture Training Development Identify training needs and coordinate professional development workshops Organize mandatory training sessions child safety POSH etc Payroll Benefits Administration Support payroll preparation with attendance and leave data Ensure timely submission of PF ESI Gratuity and other benefits Policy Compliance Draft and implement HR policies in line with school s vision Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and education board guidelines Support audits and inspections Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws Experience in school education sector preferred Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Proficiency in MS Office and HR software Can manage with people journey with equal ease Qualification Experience Graduate Postgraduate in HR Management MBA HR preferred 5-8 years of HR experience school education industry experience is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
