Location :Mumbai Essential Duties and Responsibilities : You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, foster strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the pharmaceutical or related industry Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the development of the company's overall business strategy. Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Work closely with the marketing team to understand customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and growth. Evaluate and enter new markets as part of the company's strategic objectives. Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities. Implement and optimize sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency. Stay informed about the company's product offerings and industry trends. Provide insights for product development and positioning based on market feedback Customer visits will be required to customer locations for meeting and providing support and services as needed Note : Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry. Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market dynamics. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Willingness to travel as needed
