Hiring Legal Head GM for a leading real estate developer based in Bangalore You will be responsible to lead the legal team in all aspects related to real estate legal matters and work closely with the main stakeholders on legal advice Roles and Responsibilities Review Projects on OPS weekly Meeting Allocate projects to respective teams Acts as an SME for any legal review or opinions Review document audit and take necessary action on the missing document Interact with landlords on clarifications and documents Provide preliminary and Finial opinion subject to the documents land records provided Scrutiny and identify the legal issues and Revenue correction if any and allocate the task Review accept and archive the land records provided by the liaison and BD team Review APF and Project Funding files and process Follow up Business development and Liaison team on land related records and related tasks Review project wise task internally with liaison and BD team on KNS connect Escalate on the delayed task to land acquisition head Management Drafting and reviewing contracts MoU Agreements Deeds Notices and Legal documents as applicable SOPs and Document Standards development Identify skill gaps in the team and provide necessary training Keep self-updated on latest Government procedure Laws Rules and Regulations Minimum Requirement LLB LLM with 17 to 20 years of Experience in Legal due diligence in Real Estate Industry in Karnataka Ability to handle complex legal documents and apply general legal concepts in day-to-day interpretation Ability to speak read and write in English and Kannada
