The Head of Legal will lead the legal department providing strategic guidance and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Develop and implement legal strategies that align with business objectives Advise senior management on legal risks and opportunities related to the industry Oversee compliance with local national and international laws and regulations Manage contracts agreements and other legal documentation to protect the company s interests Lead dispute resolution and litigation efforts while working with external legal counsel when required Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal and regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and innovation Only candidates based out of Bangalore or willing to relocate applyOnly candidates with 10 years of experience apply A successful candidate should have A degree in Law from a recognised institution with at-least ten years of experience Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and corporate governance Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a legal team Experience in managing high-stakes litigation and dispute resolution The ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and external counsel The company is a large organization within the consumer industry It is known for its strong market presence and commitment to delivering high-quality products to its customers Leadership role Immense Exposure
