Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager based in Mungeli. The Assistant Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, assist in managing the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include meeting branch goals, providing staff supervision, generating business for lending products, and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines. Additionally, the role involves staff development, monitoring operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment for all branch employees. Qualifications - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff - Sales and business development expertise, particularly in lending products such as vehicle financing and personal loans - Operational proficiency, including branch administration and compliance with regulatory standards - Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to enhance branch performance - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) - Prior experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services in a leadership capacity
