Company Description WNS Holdings Limited NYSE WNS is a leading Business Process Management BPM company We combine our deep industry knowledge with technology and analytics expertise to co-create innovative digital-led transformational solutions with clients across 10 industries We enable businesses in Travel Insurance Banking and Financial Services Manufacturing Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods Shipping and Logistics Healthcare and Utilities to re-imagine their digital future and transform their outcomes with operational excellence We deliver an entire spectrum of BPM services in finance and accounting procurement customer interaction services and human resources leveraging collaborative models that are tailored to address the unique business challenges of each client We co-create and execute the future vision of 400 clients with the help of our 44 000 employees Overview Responsible for leading operations recognizing areas for improvement within our existing expanding business and managing the client stakeholders for one of the global top 5 executive search firms Must be able to identify and implement necessary changes to enable business to perform to its optimum ability Performing a challenging and diverse role responsible for overseeing all areas of a business implementing any operational changes and delivering measurable improvements Must review new and existing processes resources and systems making and overseeing any changes Key - Should have a strong Ops planning management experience with excellent understanding of Research and Data Insight Being proactive analytical solution oriented creating frame-works and someone who has worked on large data sets quantitative data analysis and insights Key Responsibilities Market Executive Research Conduct in-depth research on executives leadership teams companies and industries to support growth initiatives strengthen client partnerships and enhance market presence Data Insight Analytics Analyze large datasets to identify patterns trends and predictive insights around executive movements leadership changes and industry shifts Visualization Reporting Develop dashboards visualizations and periodic reports using tools like Power BI to communicate insights effectively to internal stakeholders and clients Proactive Intelligence Design processes to continuously monitor gather and refresh data on executives and leadership trends proactively surface insights and opportunities Collaboration Partner with consultants practice leaders and business development teams to embed data-driven insights into client pitches search strategies and thought leadership Technology Enablement Work with platforms such as Power BI Snowflake and CRM systems to improve data flow accuracy and usability Innovation Best Practices Bring in best-in-class research methods frameworks and visualization practices from market research or consulting backgrounds Team leadership operations Manage mentor and grow a team build succession and capacity plans Standardize methodologies for primary secondary research Own intake scoping and resourcing set SLAs prioritize pipelines and balance near-term requests with strategic initiatives Establish QA frameworks peer review and calibration to ensure accuracy completeness and consistency Qualifications MBA Post Grad
