Your role - Lead project controlling and financial reporting - Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing - Analyze KPIs (P&L, Cash, FTE, Subcontractors) - Ensure revenue recognition, cost control, and billing accuracy - Manage stakeholder relationships and team performance - Ensure compliance with financial standards and audits - We are looking for a highly experienced Project Controller in Pune location with 12 to 15 years of work experience Your profile - 10+ years in project controlling - 5+ years team management - SAP HANA (2+ yrs), Advanced Excel, Power BI, Access - Strong financial analysis and stakeholder management Advanced MS Excel (macros, data modelling, queries), Access, Power BI What you'll love about working here - We’re committed to ensure that people of all backgrounds feel encouraged and have a sense of belonging at Capgemini.
