Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions www synergyresource co in a leading HR Consultancy Firm Our client company is global market leader in Maritime Industry They have offices around the globe and into Maritime business for last 200 years Company is an international knowledge-based group that supplies high technology systems and solutions to customers in the oil and gas industry the merchant marine Digital and the defence and aerospace industries Position Project Engineer Electrical Qualification - B E M E in Electrical Experience - 6-8 years in Electrical Design Marine Offshore Oil Gas preferably in EPC companies Location - Navi Mumbai Reports To - Team Lead Job Overview Electrical Engineer under direction of Operational manager AE S Project Team is responsible for the delivery of Offshore Marine full power systems including power generation and distribution protection power conversion energy storage control and automation PMS ensuring the design meets customers contract and regulatory requirements Qualifications Experience B E M E in Electrical 6-8 years in Electrical Design Marine Offshore Oil Gas preferably in EPC companies AutoCAD MS Office Word Excel Equipment specs procurement generators switchgear drives motors thrusters Familiar with IEC IEEE ANSI NORSOK DNV LR BV IRS ABS standards Design engineering across conceptual FEED detailed construction commissioning phases Expertise in Power generation distribution DP Class electrical systems LV HV switchgear transformers generators motors Thruster drive systems energy storage BMS PMS SCADA protection systems Hazardous area installations Advantage Control Instrumentation design experience Soft Skills Independent with strong oral written communication skills in English Must have excellent co-operative skills and result-oriented Must be self-motivated and able to motivate team members Roles responsibilities Deliver electrical design solutions for Marine Offshore and Oil Gas projects Prepare Single Line Diagrams Block Diagrams Termination Diagrams and cable schedules Develop specifications material requisitions and manage procurement of electrical equipment such as generators switchgear drives motors and thrusters for offshore vessels Conduct power system studies including LV MV protection and coordination Voltage drop dip analysis Load flow and fault studies Harmonic VTHD analysis Arc flash and transient analysis HV LV cable selection and rating Ensure compliance with QHMS standards for design quality documentation accuracy budget adherence and timely delivery Perform redline mark-ups and generate As-Built documentation Collaborate with lead or senior project engineers to make design decisions aligned with project goals Coordinate with application engineers in the product department to ensure solution alignment Maintain professional conduct to minimize project deviations and risks Travel - Depending on project exigencies Candidates having matching experience qualification can share their updated resume with details of their present salary expectations notice period
