Urgent opening for Project Manager with an leading well know companyLocation - PuneExp 12 to 20 yrsBe CivilDelivery of committed work on weekly and monthly basis 2 Ensuring contractors performance 3 Ensuring site team performance 4 Ensuring availability of work front5 Pre-planned for material procurement 6 Submission of report on timely basis 7 Maintained safe working environment on site8 Maintained good relationship with stakeholders through daily communication - Responsible for managing parts of construction projects overseeing building work setting out sites supervising contracted staff Maintaining quality standards for all structural works Prepare daily program in advance in co-ordination with the site foreman supervisor and request for the necessary resources for carrying out the same Preparing checklist pour cards and other records as per the companies QMS system Prepare Bar Bending schedule - Coordinate with Safety Quality team in order to continually monitor and improve safety quality and environmental performance Keep records of daily progress and report it to the site management in the prescribed format Preparation of bar bending schedule B O Q- s sub contractor bills and etc - Checking the Quality of concrete Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean project monthly planning Total execution of site as per drawings schedule Site execution of the project checking that all the works executed on site is as per specification drawing adhering to the quality safety norms cost efficiently Setting daily targets to vendors on as per the work schedule Guiding the vendors on daily basis Monitoring the time schedule of the project
