Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (E-Commerce Domain) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce processes, customer journeys, digital platforms, and analytics to drive effective business solutions and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for e-commerce projects. - Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications. - Collaborate with UI/UX, development, QA, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of new features. - Analyze current e-commerce workflows and suggest process improvements. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends. - Support product roadmap creation and feature prioritization based on business impact. - Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Documents), SRS (System Requirement Specifications), and user stories. - Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business objectives are met. - Track and measure the success of new implementations through KPIs and data analytics. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, custom-built solutions). - Understanding of order management, payment gateways, logistics, and inventory systems. - Experience in requirement gathering, wireframing, and documentation. - Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and Power BI. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field. - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology. - Prior experience working in a B2C or B2B e-commerce setup.
