Job Details Join a University Committed to Excellence and Innovation Galgotias University located in Greater Noida Delhi NCR is one of India s fastest-growing private universities recognised for its unwavering commitment to academic excellence research innovation and global engagement The University is seeking an outstanding leader to serve as its Associate Director Global Education and Student Engagement a role that is central to shaping the future of student development and career readiness across the institution About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO the Associate Director Global Education is a crucial role in focusing on and ensuring the quality of global education It encompasses alignment efforts between teaching and internationalisation supporting efforts to improve both academic and extra-curricular excellence establishing robust SOPs and achieving quality assurance accreditations Key Areas of Responsibility Include Quality Assurance Accreditation Framework Development and Improvement Partnerships and Collaboration leading to student satisfaction and elevated institutional branding Alignment Efforts between Teaching and Internationalisation Overall Student Experience Satisfaction in the Global Education Setting Why Join Galgotias This is a unique opportunity to lead student engagement initiatives at a university poised for global recognition This role will work alongside a committed leadership team an energetic faculty and a rapidly growing student community The University offers a collegial environment access to cutting-edge academic infrastructure and the chance to shape high-impact educational reforms Professional development executive-level support and visibility in national and international academic forums are part of this strategic role Qualifications and Experience Essential Master s degree preferably in Educational Management or related areas At least 10 years of corporate experience in student affairs engagement in higher education Experience managing student programmes residential life leadership development or co-curricular initiatives Managerial experience Proven track record of working with diverse student populations and inclusive programming Experience with crisis response and student conduct Desirable Familiarity with the Indian higher education landscape including UGC NAAC and other regulatory frameworks Experience in various educational accreditation and certification schemes and frameworks International Applicants Applications from experienced international candidates are strongly welcomed Galgotias University provides full support for employment visa processing relocation logistics and onboarding English is the primary language of instruction and institutional communication While knowledge of Indian higher education systems is an advantage it is not a prerequisite structured orientation and ongoing institutional support will be provided Appointment Terms This is a full-time executive leadership position based in Greater Noida The initial term of appointment is for three to five years with the possibility of renewal based on performance and strategic alignment Remuneration will be competitive and aligned with international benchmarks To Express Interest For confidential enquiries or to submit an expression of interest please contact the Human Resource Department at Galgotias University
