Key Responsibilities Key Requirements: - Anaplan Expertise: - 710 years in Anaplan with strong technical foundation - Certified Anaplan Solution Architect - SME in Anaplan with deep understanding of system and landscape - Experience integrating Anaplan with tools like SAP, Salesforce - Will not build Anaplan models but should lead and manage teams using it - Finance & Reporting: - Strong understanding of financial reporting, P&L, finance & accounting - Experience with EPM tools - Ability to organize and lead financial reporting processes - Support audit teams and ensure leadership reporting accuracy - Leadership & Collaboration: - Managed global teams - Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling - Collaborate across technical, finance, and leadership teams - Should have managed wider finance role with business view and strategic alignment experience Preferred Qualifications - Education: MBA Finance preferred - Prior experience working in global teams across time zones and cultures.
