Role Description This full-time on-site role in Gurugram is for a Destination Head (Study Abroad) Germany. The selected candidate will oversee the end-to-end student application process for study programs in Germany, develop strategies to promote higher education opportunities, and build relationships with academic institutions. The role includes coordinating with students, guiding them through their career and academic plans, and ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups. Additionally, the candidate will manage operational excellence, ensure client satisfaction through regular support, and identify growth opportunities within the organization's portfolio. Qualifications - Deep understanding of Germany's higher education system, admission procedures, and academic requirements - Proven expertise in counseling, career guidance, and assisting students with applications - Strong planning, organization, and communication skills to coordinate between students and institutions effectively - Ability to analyze opportunities, devise innovative strategies, and foster partnerships with educational institutions - Proficiency in using technology tools, databases, and career assessment methodologies - Empathy, a customer-first approach, and a strong ethical foundation - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or related fields; prior experience in study-abroad consulting is strongly preferred
