About the Role: The Assistant Project Manager will support end-to-end execution of retail store projects in the assigned region from site handover to store opening. The role requires coordination with multiple vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and adherence to brand standards and budgets. Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and execution of retail store fit-outs, refurbishments, and expansion projects. - Coordinate with GC vendors, VM, electrical, HVAC, fire, and signage contractors to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. - Track project progress through weekly MIS updates, timelines, and site visit reports. - Conduct regular site audits to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings. - Ensure materials and approvals are in place before handover. - Support in cost estimation, BOQ verification, and vendor bill certification. - Work closely with internal stakeholders VM, Retail, Finance, and Procurement for smooth project coordination. - Prepare handover documentation and ensure snag-free delivery of stores. - Manage regional vendor relationships and identify opportunities for cost and process optimization. Qualifications: - Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture - Experience: 36 years of experience in retail project execution (preferably furniture, lifestyle, or fashion retail sector) Required Skills: - Strong project execution and coordination abilities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management - Knowledge of interior fit-out materials, MEP, and retail layouts - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD (preferred) - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in different cities - Preferred Skills: - Experience in furniture, lifestyle, or fashion retail sector
