Location: - Hyderabad/ Chennai/ Bangalore Designation: - Assistant Project Manager Looking for a well experience Project Management for Office Fit-out & Maintenance. Project Planning & Execution -Well versed with planning tool and software. -Hands on experience on project planning and tracking modules and software -To review drawings, planning, tracking day to day interior & furnishing works of contractors. -To advise PM on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and collar coordination. -Handling multiple projects at a time. -Should have knowledge of BOQ -Monitoring other project in-charge. -Delegating work to the Project in-charges -To monitor installation, and arrangement of carpeting, accessories, paint and glass partition, art work, furniture, and related items. -To monitor and control quality of work and inspection of material delivered at site. -Ensure timely delivery of project completion within budget. Desired skills and expertise- - BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering/ Architect/ MBA in project management is a must -This position requires detail orientation, a process driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. -A project management professional with minimum 3+ years of experience in the office Interior fit out industry. -Having relevant experience of managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects. -Having the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs. -Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
