We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in any domain to oversee various painting projects across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with painters, engineers, and others to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage project documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Supervise project team members and provide guidance and support.

Skills and Qualifications

- Any degree in Management or related field.
- 13-15 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering sector.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
