Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Civil Site Engineer at Merit League, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
- Ensure projects are executed according to design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve any issues or delays on-site promptly.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Civil Site Engineer with 3-6 years of experience.
- Candidate should have good communication skill in regional language Tamil and English.
- Candidate should have experience and willingness in Civil Site Engineering Construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in project delivery management and client handling.
