Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Civil Site Engineer at Merit League, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure projects are executed according to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Resolve any issues or delays on-site promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Civil Site Engineer with 3-6 years of experience.
  • Candidate should have good communication skill in regional language Tamil and English.
  • Candidate should have experience and willingness in Civil Site Engineering Construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in project delivery management and client handling.
