Job Description - Associates with 3-6 years of experience to work collaboratively in managing a portfolio of customers who have been transferred to recoveries from the network. - Strong Communication skill in English will be a key part of the role.Articulate with good email/chat/telephone manners, with the ability to be empathetic and a desire to do the right thing. - Negotiation skills will be focused on agreeing the best way forward for repayment of debts. - A customer-friendly relationship-focused background would be usual. - Ability to communicate in a professional manner. - Efficient and effective daily client management & Managing cases in an effective and timely manner - Delivery excellent customer service and building positive relationships within RCB and with professionals (Including solicitors, insolvency practitioners and property consultants) - Working in a conduct policy and guidelines and adhering to all service level agreements that are in place. - Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
