We are inviting applications for the role of Analyst/ Process associate/Process Developer role for – Data Management and Operations/ Allboarding Responsibilities Data Handling and Validation: Collect, validate, and manage large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness. Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies. Operational Support: Execute day-to-day operational tasks in alignment with defined processes. Assist in generating reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support process enhancements. Assist in documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts within the team. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to optimize workflows. Collaborate with quality teams to implement process changes. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field. Relevant years of experience in data management or operations. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with HCM tool – SuccessFactors will be an added advantage Familiarity with automation tools and techniques. Certification in data analysis or related domains. Key Skills and Attributes: Attention to detail and analytical mindset. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
