Safety and Compliance/: Adhere to company safety regulations and conduct safety checks. Record Keeping/: Maintain logs of completed maintenance work, equipment status, and potential hazards. Emergency Response/: Respond to emergency maintenance requests for unplanned repairs. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Aptitude/: Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Hands/-on Skills/: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other relevant equipment. Problem/-Solving/: Strong ability to diagnose basic problems and find effective solutions. Communication/: Ability to report issues, follow instructions, and communicate with supervisors and team members.
