We are Hiring for a Experienced Deputy Manager / Manager Mechanical Maintenance for our Reputed Manufacturing Industry in Ambattur Industrial Estate Chennai.

10 to 18 Years of Experience

Position Summary

The role holder is responsible for Mechanical Maintenance of

Hydraulic presses, drilling and grinding machines. Hands-on

experience with PLC programming.

Role

Should handle SPM troubleshooting skills related to Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLC, Moulding Presses, Grinding machines.

  • Experienced in Mechanical maintenance
  • Knowledge in PLC / CNC Controls
  • Exposure in preparing RFQ for Jigs / Fixture and Moulds.
  • Ensure that the safety check points are in place

Responsibility

  • Knowledge in TQM and TPM activities.
  • Should have handled IATF / ISO / EOHS audit documentation.
  • Experienced in maintenance and troubleshooting activities related to Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLC, Moulding Presses, Grinding machines
  • Should have handled cost reduction and energy saving projects
  • Improve machine availability by ensuring speedy and effective breakdown maintenance
  • Review the report for predictive maintenance
