Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India. The General Manager - Corporate Sales will be responsible for leading sales strategies, to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, and expanding the customer base. The role involves identifying opportunities for growth, driving collaboration with internal departments, creating presentations, and participating in client negotiations to close deals. Qualifications - Proven experience in corporate sales management with the ability to lead and inspire a sales team. - Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and business development. - Excellent communication, strategic planning, and presentation abilities. - In-depth understanding of insurance products, risk management, and the regulatory framework in India. - Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is a plus. - Educational qualifications in Business Administration or a related field, with additional certifications in insurance or risk management being an advantage. - Ability to work independently and deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
