Job Description Key Responsibilities - Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment in the warehouse, especially during forklift and material handling operations. - Oversee inbound and outbound logistics including Goods Receipt, material segregation, and dispatch planning. - Ensure accurate inventory management through FIFO method and timely dispatches to customers. - Handle spare parts warehouse operations including proper labeling, storage, and issue control. - Coordinate with production and other related departments to meet material requirements on time. - Prepare and verify invoices including rate, quantity, GST rate, TCS/TDS applicability, and ensure timely bill processing. - Maintain warehouse MIS reports, stock records, and documentation for audits. - Responsible for people management across shifts including attendance, shift allocation, and productivity monitoring. - Ensure discipline, housekeeping, and 5S standards are followed across warehouse areas. - Monitor vehicle loading/unloading, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols. - Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for timely movement of materials. - Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities. - Flexible with work timing and shift operations. Skills Qualifications - Minimum Graduate with 60% marks from a reputed university. - Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations. - Good communication skills, Intermediate proficiency in English (spoken, written, and listening). - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), emails, and report preparation. - Strong knowledge of SAP or ERP system (preferred but not mandatory).
