We are looking for Service Operations IP Analyst to join our IP Admin Team at Noida This position exists to process correspondences issued by United States Patent Trademark office PTO or USPTO patent offices worldwide and the filing documents submitted in PTO during the patent trademarks life cycle To perform contract management services which include but are not limited to reviewing contracts to identify key terms Reviewing of redlined contracts for issues or concerns based on client-provided criteria Drafting new contracts or redlined contracts based on client-provided preferences on acceptable vs not acceptable terms This is an exciting opportunity to work in the IP field where-in self-improvement initiatives to drive client delight building capability are added learnings We are the largest Intellectual Property Administrative service provider Experience Education Skills and Accomplishments Law degree L L B is required Post LLB experience of contracts review redlining drafting vetting etc will be added advantage Must be computer savvy and proficient in the usage of MS Office Suite Minimum 2 years of IP experience Eye for detail High concentration and focus Cultural sensitivity ability to adjust in various team cultures Good typing speed 45-50 wpm with 98 accuracy Confident and proactive team player with good interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimum no supervision It would be great if you also had IP Knowledge with experience to work on different IPMS is added advantage and preferable Good written verbal communication skills Basic MS office Proficiency in Microsoft office suite programs including Word Excel Outlook etc Strong analytical skills to comprehensively evaluate the data What will you be doing in this role Performing actual contract management tasks as described above in the Principal Purpose of Job Maintaining a work progress rate consistent with the targets assessed and established by the Team Leader Team Manager and Project Management Engaging the Team Leader Team Manager and Project Management as necessary when issues questions or concerns arise during the course of a project Must have a positive and constructive manner and should be solutions focused Must be enthusiastic determined to succeed should show 100 commitment Should deliver to deadlines follow - up on commitments Should be able to prioritize a high volume and broad scope of tasks Must be able to work accurately under pressure Should consider work from clients perspective to ensure clients needs are met Must be able to provide a consistent professional approach to all work to ensure complete client trust Must have strong and effective communication skills and be able to deliver a clear message Must have strong verbal and written English language skills Must have strong detail orientation analytical skills About the TeamThe team consists of 10-15 members and is reporting to the Manager Operations Core process related responsibilities IP docketing is the process of tracking deadlines related to the prosecution of patents trademarks and copyrights before their respective governing offices This includes interacting with clients including external vendors - Law firms Annuity service providers etc Quality Auditors IP Operations function heads Continuous Improvement team Hours of Work You will be working for works 40 hours week 8 hrs a day 5 days a week you are entitled to get Overtime if you work beyond your working hours This is a permanent job role At Clarivate we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all persons with respect to hiring compensation promotion training and other terms conditions and privileges of employment We comply with applicable laws and regulations governing non-discrimination in all locations Clarivate
