The firm advises a diverse set of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, global investment funds, major Indian conglomerates, domestic and international banks, technology and media giants, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department if needed. Responsible for greeting the visitors at the office & welcome all visitors with smile and proper greetings and guide them properly as per their requirements. Responsible for maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner. Responsible for keeping all the stationary items in the organization up to date and order for fresh stock. To co-ordinate with all the internal as well as external customers regarding their telephone messages and any other issues & responsible for attending a visitor or customer present at office. Responsible for providing information about the services of the organization. Actively builds awareness of the Brand amongst clients Provides and ensures high-quality customer service. Receives and resolves client feedbacks complaints in a manner consistent with company policy. Makes management aware of any complaints. Responsible for adhering to all the safety procedures and keeping the management informed about any kind of unsafe situation. Attending meetings and trainings as per requirement. Required Qualifications & Skillset: Should have a bachelors degree 3+ year experience in customer service, front desk or other related professional area Proficient in the English language (verbal & written) Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Previous customer handling related experience of at least an year is necessary Must possess a professional presentation Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Understanding of sales performance metrics A team player with high level of dedication Ability to work under strict deadlines Full comprehension of office management systems including MS Office and procedures Should be result-orientated and able to work under pressure for all work done on time We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
