Your Role

- Develop and manage a detailed cutover plan aligned with overall project timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data migration, testing, BASIS, security, and business stakeholders.
- Lead mock cutovers and simulate production cutover scenarios to ensure readiness.
- Manage cutover logistics such as system downtime, communication plans, and contingency strategies.
- Monitor cutover execution and report status to senior stakeholders, ensuring minimal business disruption.

Your Profile

- 8–14 years of total SAP experience, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in cutover management.
- Proven track record in managing cutover activities for large-scale SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (S/4HANA preferred), data migration, and system landscapes.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and high accountability.
