Job Title: Assistant Manager Performance Marketing

Location: Jogeshwari East - Mumbai (On-Site)

Salary: 35,000 to 50,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Minimum Experience Required: 2 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager Performance Marketing to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms, and should be comfortable managing high-value client budgets and communications. If you&aposre data-driven, results-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, we&aposd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others.

* Manage and communicate with clients regularly to align on campaign goals, performance, and recommendations.

* Monitor key metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare actionable reports and dashboards.

* Strategize and scale campaigns effectively, handling a minimum of 5 Lakhs in monthly ad spend across clients.

* Collaborate with creative, content, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution of performance marketing initiatives.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

* Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital ad platforms.

* Strong client communication and relationship management skills.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and reports.

* Experience managing at least 5 Lakhs/month in ad budgets.

* Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
