Responsibilities Key Deliverables 1 End to end responsibility to handle the business in the circle 2 Excellent team leadership 3 Excellent customer relationship management 4 Responsible for P and L of the circle and ensure financial performance as per Business Case 5 Responsible for Sales and Marketing as per AOP targets 6 Responsible to meet all the operational parameters 7 Ensure that the life of equipments are optimum and as per designed life 8 Responsible for the Safety and security of the assets 9 Responsible to ensure that the energy cost is as per the design cost 10 Responsible for collections billing and debtor days as per AOP targets 11 Vendor Evaluations Negotiations and techno-commercial analysis wherever needed 12 Optimization of equipments shelter layout DG ratings during the course of project operations 13 Project planning Site Coordination Monitoring Site Execution and preparation of handover documents 14 Regular interaction with the team and customer and maintain most preferred vendor status with all the customers 15 Ensure that the performance of the circle exceeds the requirement and circle remains always in rewards zone 16 Enhance Financial Performance by driving efficiencies in Circle operations including review of business performance against AOP targets and forecasting 17 Implement efficient strategies to increase the cash flow to the organisation through collaborating with Sales and Marketing team to reduce debtors efficiency in managing circle capex monitoring waste Experience 17 to 22 years of relevant experience Industry Preferred Qualifications BE Diploma in Electricals or electricals and electronics General Requirements
