About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Tally, GST, TDS, and invoicing, along with a strong foundation in accounting principles. Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP.
• Process vendor and client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments/receipts.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with taxation norms.
• Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and filing.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Support audits and provide relevant documentation as required.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations. Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 6 months – 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting practices.
• Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and invoicing processes.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. What We Offer
