At Logic we solve retail problems What sets us apart is our approach we apply a consumer-centric lens towards solving business problems through retail systems integration Rather than simply installing and updating software we empower our clients with the knowledge and support needed to deliver world-class experiences for their shoppers that maximize convenience efficiency and profitability Take your talent and passion to a global organization at the forefront of retail technology and innovation Join our retail technology team and you will team up with diverse talented colleagues and leaders who support your success What youll doAs a webMethods Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture design and support of our webMethods integration solutions You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on system design integration strategies and performance optimization Your role will involve both hands-on support and strategic planning to ensure the success and reliability of our integration systems Key Responsibilities Architectural Design and Support Design and implement scalable and efficient integration architectures using webMethods Provide architectural guidance and best practices for webMethods solutions Review and approve integration designs to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical standards System Support and Troubleshooting Offer high-level support for webMethods platforms including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues Monitor system performance and ensure reliability availability and scalability Perform root cause analysis for critical issues and implement corrective actions Integration Strategy and Implementation Develop and maintain integration strategies and roadmaps for webMethods projects Oversee the integration of various systems and applications ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability Collaborate with development teams to guide the implementation of integration solutions Documentation and Knowledge Sharing Document architectural designs integration processes and support procedures Share knowledge and best practices with team members and stakeholders Provide training and support to junior team members and other stakeholders as needed Continuous Improvement Stay current with webMethods technologies and industry trends Propose and implement improvements to enhance integration performance and efficiency Evaluate and recommend new tools technologies and methodologies to optimize integration processes Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business analysts project managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field Advanced degree or certifications in webMethods or related technologies is a plus Experience 7 years of experience in integration solutions with a focus on webMethods including at least 3 years in an architectural or senior support role Technical Skills Expertise in webMethods Integration Server Broker Designer and related components Strong knowledge of webMethods architecture design patterns and best practices Experience with API management SOA and messaging protocols Proficiency in troubleshooting and performance tuning of webMethods solutions Familiarity with cloud integration and hybrid environments is a plus Why work with us We care about your physical mental and financial well-being - we offer competitive benefits including a flexible work environment and vacation policy We are passionate about our people - this means career coaching and mentorship that focuses on your strengths progress and career possibilities We are invested in each other and provide fantastic opportunities to develop your skills across a variety of clients We are interested in you and what matters to you including opportunities to make an impact from volunteering to owning internal initiatives
