About Flourish Foods

Flourish Foods is India's First Functional Atta Brand, on a mission to make everyday atta healthier without changing habits. We create vegetable-infused and heritage grain flours like Beetroot, Spinach, Khapli, Moringa, Amaranth, Fenugreek and our flagship 5-in-1 Nutrition Atta.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Intern to expand Flourish Foods' presence across Hyderabad. This is an on-field sales opportunity with frequent travel, where you will directly interact with retailers, departmental stores, and premium residential societies to drive sales and visibility.

Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new retail outlets, departmental stores, and premium societies.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets through pitching, sampling, and relationship building.
- Support in in-store activations, events, and society-level promotions.
- Collect feedback from retailers & customers, and share insights with the team.
- Maintain accurate sales records and daily activity reports.

Requirements

- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad (field role).
- Existing connects with retailers or societies would be a big plus.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Students/fresh graduates looking to build a career in FMCG/consumer sales preferred.
