Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Operations Intern with a strong analytical and technical background (preferably engineering + MBA) to help us optimize sales productivity and efficiency. The role will involve working closely with the sales leadership team to analyze data, improve CRM usage, create insights, and streamline sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to analyze productivity, efficiency, and performance metrics.
- Manage and optimize Zoho CRM workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Conduct data analysis to identify sales trends, pipeline gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Support sales training initiatives by identifying skill gaps and preparing learning materials.
- Assist in building sales enablement tools (presentations, trackers, SOPs).
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align on lead quality and customer journey.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferred) + pursuing/completed MBA (Sales/Marketing/Analytics specialization is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
- Exposure to sales analytics, reporting, or operations during MBA projects/internships is desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
