Role: International Sales Executive Voice Process
Job Description
IntouchCX is hiring experienced professionals for our International Sales Voice Process team. The role involves connecting with global customers over calls, pitching products/services, and achieving sales targets while delivering a world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound international sales calls.
- Promote and sell company products/services to prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Update and maintain records in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process (Sales/Customer Support).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with night shifts/rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
