🔹 Role: Civil & Structural Design Engineer (Mid-Level) - Location: Ahmedabad | Full-time | Office-based - Experience in Solar PV Projects (Ground-Mount or Rooftop) is Mandatory - Strong RCC & Steel Design Experience Required 🚫 Do NOT Apply If: - You are a fresher - You are a site engineer without dedicated design experience - You lack hands-on experience in both AutoCAD and structural design (RCC + steel) - You do not have prior experience working on solar power projects ✅ Must-Have Skills & Requirements - 3–7 years of hands-on experience in civil/structural design - Proven ability to design both RCC and structural steel systems independently - Experience working on ground-mount or rooftop solar projects - Proficient in AutoCAD and STAAD.Pro for structural analysis - Working knowledge of IS codes, MoRTH specifications, and local building regulations - Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering - Willingness to work from Ahmedabad office full-time 🛠️ Key Responsibilities - Prepare civil & structural designs for solar projects including electrical equipment foundations, control room buildings, and steel structures - Review and develop engineering drawings, specifications, and calculation sheets as per relevant standards - Coordinate closely with in-house & client's teams (electrical, field study agencies) to ensure cohesive design delivery - Support in design reviews, resolve technical queries, and contribute to internal QA/QC workflows - Conduct limited site-level data checks and integrate field feedback into design updates 🌱 What We Offer - Exposure to high-impact solar projects across India, MENA, and Africa - Learning environment with cross-functional collaboration - Clear career growth path toward Design Lead / Project Engineer roles - A team culture focused on ownership, technical quality, and continuous improvement 📩 How to Apply Apply via Easy Apply on , OR email your CV to careers@greenops.in with the subject line: “Civil & Structural Design Engineer – Mid-Level”
