Full-time (~48 hrs/week) [Hybird location srinagar] ₹28,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses About Clouvy Labs Clouvy Labs builds smart software and AI-powered automation tools for international businesses. We're at the early stage — setting up our operations, building our first team, and preparing for a global launch. You'll be joining right at the start, working directly with the founder to help set up the company, hire the first team, and manage daily operations. What You'll Do - Work closely with the founder to set up systems and workflows for smooth business operations - Hire and manage the first core team (developers, designers, operations staff, etc.) - Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and maintain team accountability - Oversee daily activities, meetings, and internal communication - Coordinate with clients, prepare proposals, and maintain relationships - Support business development and identify new growth opportunities - Keep everything organized using tools like Slack, Trello, Notion, and Google Workspace Who You Are - 2-4+ years of experience in business management, operations, or project coordination - Confident managing people and handling online team communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment - Based in Srinagar or willing to work hybrid from there - Ready to commit full-time (~48 hrs/week, Mon–Sat) Why Join Us - Be the first full-time team member and help shape the company's culture and systems - Work directly with the founder and play a key role in decision-making - Build a global SaaS brand from Srinagar focusing on international market - Learn fast, grow fast, and make a real impact
