Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive Female to drive business growth through acquiring new clients and managing existing client relationships This role is entirely office-based focusing on telecalling online meetings and client engagement without any field visits Key Responsibilities Identify reach out and engage potential clients across all our product offerings Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize satisfaction and repeat business Conduct product demonstrations presentations and online meetings to prospective clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Collect and provide market feedback to the team for product improvements and strategy planning Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client onboarding Prepare reports on sales activities client interactions and progress toward targets Required Skills Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in business development sales or telecalling Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals Basic tech knowledge and ability to understand software products Self-driven organized and capable of managing multiple client interactions effectively Comfortable working in a results-driven environment with targets and incentives Perks Benefits Attractive incentives on successful conversions Opportunity to work with a growing tech startup and learn modern software solutions Exposure to diverse client interactions and business strategies Supportive work environment with growth potential Career Growth High-performing candidates will have the opportunity to take on senior roles in Business Development Account Management or Sales Strategy with increased responsibilities and rewards Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 12 500 00 per month Work Location In person
