Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description About The Role We're looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to craft campaigns that engage, nurture, and convert. You'll play a key role in building meaningful connections with our audience through compelling storytelling, automation strategies, and performance-driven insights. If you live for open rates, obsess over subject lines, and get excited about segmentation and A/B testing this one's for you Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversions. - Develop targeted email journeys using automation tools and audience segmentation. - Collaborate with content, design, and growth teams to ensure campaigns align with brand tone and marketing goals. - Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, etc.) and report actionable insights. - Conduct A/B tests to improve content, design, and delivery times. - Maintain and grow subscriber databases while ensuring compliance with data protection laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.). - Identify opportunities for personalization and lifecycle marketing to enhance user experience. Requirements - 25 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing. - Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, SendGrid, or Klaviyo. - Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and analytics. - Excellent copywriting and communication skills. - Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting campaign data. - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus. Nice to Have - Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment. - Knowledge of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing. - Familiarity with AI-assisted personalization and dynamic content tools.
