Overview Who We AreEide Bailly is one of the top 25 CPA and business advisory firms in the nation We have over 40 offices in 15 states across the Midwest and western United States and offer our staff and Partners the opportunity to serve a variety of industries In 2019 we extended our operations to Mumbai India and desire to expand our shared services segment there Founded in 1917 our culture is the foundation of who we are and we pride ourselves on supporting our employees to help them achieve their goals and pursue their interests both in the office and at home At Eide Bailly we are passionate about the clients we serve the work we do and most importantly having fun while we do it Why You ll Love Working HereAt Eide Bailly we believe respect is how to treat everyone not just those you want to impress Our culture focuses on collaboration to achieve career growth Innovation is highly encouraged which is where programs like our EB Xchange originate This program allows interested tax and audit employees to complete a rotation into a specialty area We promote happy employees by making work life balance a priority along with being actively involved in our communities Our dedication to service can be seen through the Firm s decision to match charitable donations made by employees as well as providing opportunities to volunteer throughout the year Most importantly we like to have fun We offer a professional and fun work environment with frequent lunch and learns socials contests outings and other events Responsibilities Typical Day in the LifeA typical day as a Microsoft Ecosystem Adminstrator may include the following The Microsoft Ecosystem Administrator will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our engagement within the Microsoft ecosystem working closely with our US-based teams This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can navigate the complexities of partner relationships and maximize the benefits for our organization Key Responsibilities Deal Registration Register deals within the Microsoft ecosystem providing a centralized process that supports all salespeople Incentive Management Stay informed about Microsoft and distributor incentives compensation and promotions to ensure we are leveraging all available programs to maximize benefits Deal Visibility and Coordination of Channel Efforts Monitor and report on all opportunities with Microsoft-related products and services Coordinate Microsoft channel-related efforts between distributed sales teams ensuring a cohesive approach to selling business applications and technology solutions License Management Oversee the management of licenses including tracking renewals and compliance with Microsoft s licensing guidelines Third-Party Management Manage administration with third-party companies within the Microsoft ecosystem ensuring documentation business agreements billing and collections are in compliance Centralized Repository Serve as a centralized repository for information on how to work with the Microsoft channel third parties and take advantage of all programs compensation and incentives Compliance and Reporting Ensure all activities are in compliance with Microsoft s policies and reporting requirements and contribute toward increased standing with Microsoft s partner program Qualifications Who You Are Proven experience in managing partnerships and alliances within the technology sector preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem in a similar role Strong understanding of Microsoft s products services and partner ecosystem Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities Knowledge of licensing deal registration and incentive programs Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and third-party vendors Strong communication skills and the ability to serve as a central point of information Flexibility to work across different time zones primarily with teammates in the US What to Expect Next We ll be in touch If you look like the right fit for our position one of our recruiters will be reaching out to schedule a phone interview with you to learn more about your career interests and goals In the meantime we encourage you to check us out on Facebook Twitter Instagram TikTok or our About Us page
