Key Responsibilities

- Promote Shotberg:Drive awareness across social platforms, business networks, and other channels.
- Lead Generation:Identify and reach out to prospective clients through emails, calls, and social media.
- Lead Management:Track, organize, and update leads in our CRM/database.
- Client Communication:Share project updates, progress reports, and follow-ups with existing clients.
- Prospect Engagement:Send regular updates, campaigns, and notifications to prospectslike Zomato-style notifications for brand recall.
- Database Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and lead records.
- Market Research:Explore new sectors, businesses, and opportunities for potential collaborations.
- Support Sales & Marketing Efforts:Assist in creating outreach content, presentations, and reports.
- Flexible teamwork with other departments

Skills Required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or digital content promotion
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred, not mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for database management
- Creative thinking and proactive approach
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
