Job Position: Pricing Actuarial Manager (Life) Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 5+ Years Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and develop actuarial pricing methodologies for life insurance products. - Conduct pricing reviews in line with company and regulatory requirements, producing detailed reports. - Ensure compliance with CBUAE and relevant actuarial standards. - Maintain and update pricing models, documentation, and audit trails. - Support financial reporting, budgeting, experience analysis, and portfolio profitability reviews. - Assist the Head Actuary in product planning, registration, and launch of new life insurance products. - Conduct reinsurance structure analysis and recommend optimization strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digitalization, product marketing, and reporting initiatives. - Develop and maintain data dashboards and reporting tools (Alteryx, Tableau/Power BI). Competencies: - Associate or Fellow of a recognized Actuarial Body with proven expertise in life insurance pricing. - Strong technical and analytical skills in actuarial modelling and financial analysis. - Proficient in Alteryx and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI). - Excellent understanding of life insurance products and market dynamics. - Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
