Role Purpose:

- Act as a subject matter expert for a specific fibre related technology domain and support development of solution for customers Key Accountabilities: B.Tech with 8-10 years of experience in developing solutions for fiber and related technologies Preferred Experience and Qualification: Provide technology support to develop solutions for client requirement Work with the sales and pre-sales team to showcase the organizational capabilities in technology to customers Support in the respective subject matter expertise in preparing Customer Requirement Analysis, Preparing High level architecture and Solution Building blocks, shortlisting Compliant OEMs for techno-commercial analysis Build OEM Relationships and create in depth analysis / evaluation of various OEM offerings according to set benchmarks Research new and emerging solutions around the subject matter areas
- Experience in designing AI applications and knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Proven ability to lead and manage AIML projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential
- Experience with ethical AI practices and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Tinkering mindset, ability to find solutions in complex situations to satisfy business needs, and ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Rigorous understanding of the fundamentals of Statistics, Classical Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
- Experience with data tools and data pipelines
- Experience working on both local machines and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and preferably GCP
- Experience putting models into production Experience of CI/CD guidelines and associated tools such as Jenkins, GitLab or CircleCI is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience of containerization technologies and microservices architecture is a plus but not mandatory.
