Summary:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The ARM plays a key role in driving sales, optimizing team performance, and upholding the brand standards of IDS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising all restaurant operations.
  • Ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction, addressing complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
  • Monitor daily operations, including inventory management, cost control, and adherence to budget.
  • Enforce hygiene, safety, and quality standards according to IDS policies.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and payroll assistance.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and oversee timely procurement of supplies.
  • Lead by example, motivating the team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Employer Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and restaurant KPIs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32, ₹35,000.00 per month
