Roles and Responsibilities :

- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation
- Addressing customer concerns and complaints.
- Coordinating with the sales team.
- Co-ordinate with dealers and distributors about the booking of order/delivery/payment.
- Create plans to address clients business needs.
- Generating Sales reports Preparing quotation for sales inquiry/ preparing delivery notes.
- Building long-term relationships with key clients.
- Increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes.
- Doing regular follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied.
